At GreenPointDecor, we offer thoughtfully curated garden and home décor products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the terms outlined below.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received. Items must be free from dirt, soil, water damage, scratches, or wear and returned in their original product packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required. Original shipping cartons are not considered part of the product packaging.
Home décor items such as wall décor, decorative accents, vases, frames, planters, and ornaments must be unused and undamaged. There must be no chips, cracks, scratches, or signs of installation, and original protective packaging must be included.
Garden and outdoor products including tools, planters, hoses, décor, and accessories must be unused and uninstalled. Items exposed to soil, water, or outdoor conditions are not eligible for return. All accessories and components must be included.
Furniture and large items such as shelves, storage units, stands, and small furniture must be unassembled or carefully repackaged. Items showing signs of assembly, installation, or damage are not eligible for return. All original parts, hardware, manuals, and packaging must be included.
Fragile items such as glass, ceramic, resin, stone, or mirrors must be returned in their original protective packaging. Damage occurring during return shipping may void refund eligibility.
The following items are not eligible for return: used, installed, or assembled items; items exposed to outdoor use; seasonal or holiday décor unless defective upon arrival; customized or personalized products; final sale or clearance items; gift cards; and digital products.
To initiate a return, contact shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Approved requests will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions within 1–2 business days.
Returned items must be securely packaged and include the Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. All returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days after approval, and Shop Pay or PayPal refunds take 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.
International orders follow the same 30-day return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and duties unless the item is defective or incorrect. International processing may take 7–14 business days.
Some products are fulfilled by third-party logistics or fulfillment partners. Return procedures may vary, but all approved returns must follow this policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a replacement, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Excessive or abusive return activity may result in limited or denied returns as permitted by law.
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility requirements above.
